RULES AND RESTRICTIONS

• Although the CABIN BY THE POND comfortably and can privately sleep two couples (max of 4 people), this cabin is priced for 2 guests and there will be an additional $25 per each additional guest per night. 

• Must be 25 or older to rent the cabin and must be able to provide a valid ID. 

• No parties are permitted. 

• Unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund or an immediate payment for each unregistered guest must be paid at that time. 

• The cabin is not suited to handicapped folks or small children due to its location near the pond and steep staircases, loft ladder and high railings.  We do leave the choice to guests with those warnings shared.

• Although we are avid animal lovers, we do not allow pets as it is dangerous for them and for our animals.
